**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Centre Manager or similar managerial role in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the latest beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Competency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Relevant certification or degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
