Beauty Centre Manager

Job Summary:
A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our beauty centre. They will oversee a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of the beauty centre, ensuring that all areas meet or exceed expectations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of beauticians, therapists, and receptionists to provide outstanding customer service and achieve business goals.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure that the centre maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and maintain stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and customer loyalty programs to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within a beauty, spa, or wellness centre is essential.
- Qualifications: A diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is preferred.
- Skillset: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and good organizational and time management skills are also essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours as needed is a must.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in salon or spa management software is a plus.
