Job Title: Beauty Centre Manager - Key Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations at a beauty centre.
  • Manage staff schedules, appointments, and customer flow efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and product inventory effectively.

Staff Leadership

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages growth and development.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure clients receive exceptional service and create memorable experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and develop loyalty programs to retain customers.

Strategic Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and packages to drive business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets for services and retail beauty products by leveraging marketing efforts.
  • Manage social media presence and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue reports accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely orders.
  • Track staff performance, incentives, and payroll-related inputs to optimize resource allocation.

Compliance and Innovation

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, treatments, and products to stay competitive.
  • Introduce new services and solutions to attract and retain customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salon/Beauty Centre/Spa Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities are required.
  • Knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends is necessary.
  • Good financial management and reporting skills are expected.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software is desired.
