About the Role

The Corporate Travel Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and support overall travel management for GAR Downstream employees. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing and administering travel policies and guidelines to ensure that travel activities are carried out in accordance with the Company's Travel Policy.

You will oversee and support all travel activities for GAR Downstream employees, including managing the Online Booking Tool Platform and providing advise on travel documents, visa applications, insurance and other travel related matters to Singapore and Overseas travellers.

Your key responsibilities include negotiating for corporate Hotel rates by researching and comparing available hotel accommodation in Singapore and overseas. You will also support and manage (as Expense Partner) the Workday Expense Module and arrange for payment to staff. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support for services from office vendors (in SG) and process vendor payment requests (SG and GAR's global overseas offices).
