We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Invoice Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with experience in supply chain management, particularly in the marine industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for general office duties, including filing and retrieval of documents, as well as follow-up with customers and their agents on supplied orders to ensure correct and complete supporting documents are obtained for GST purposes.
You will also be required to perform general administrative duties as assigned by the department manager, which may include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, strong communication skills, and knowledge of GST regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
