
Sales Order Specialist

This Sales Administrative Assistant position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our General Trade pre-sales operations. The incumbent will be responsible for accurately and timely processing orders, coordinating stock effectively, and providing precise reporting.
As a vital link between Sales, Purchasing, and Customers, this role will oversee bulk and event orders, manage direct shipments, and address key customer queries. With excellent organizational and communication skills, you will ensure that all sales administrative tasks are completed efficiently, meeting customer needs while driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and within agreed timeframes;
- Coordinate with Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure effective stock management;
- Manage direct shipments and resolve any logistical issues promptly;
