Tender Management Specialist

As a Tender Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of tenders for mechanical, electrical, and ELV systems. This includes analyzing and clarifying RFQs, preparing risk management checklists, conducting site visits, and consolidating technical data.

This role requires a strong background in quantity surveying and tender management, with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar environment. You should also have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and clarify RFQs during the pre-tender and tender phases
  • Prepare risk management checklists and present to local and Japan management
  • Conduct site visits to understand the scope of work and prepare meeting minutes
  • Lead and organize the preparation, review, and submission of tenders
  • Consolidate and analyze technical data, bill of quantities, price schedules, and financial details
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in engineering or QS-related studies
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in quantity surveying/tender management for M&E contractor environment
  • Experience in handling building construction projects is advantageous
