Tender Management Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost proposals, incorporating thorough assessments and cost estimation expertise.
  • Oversee the submission of tenders through the GeBIZ procurement system for government projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to compile technical and commercial data.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and market insights to support competitive positioning strategies.
  • Guide junior team members in cost and tender-related tasks, providing mentorship and guidance.

Requirements:
  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or an Engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in M&E systems tendering.
  • Familiarity with the GeBIZ procurement system is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills are required to manage tender submissions accurately and efficiently.
