A well-established marine company located in **Tuas **is seeking **Tender and Proposal Manager **on **permanent **position.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead Tenders & Proposals team in the development of comprehensive and compliant tender proposal packages.
- Review and ensure correctness of all tendering/bidding document, Tender
- Questionnaires and Pre-qualifications document prepared by his subordinates
- Provide timely and complete Tender Packages to Senior Manager (Tender & Proposal)
- To induce positive attitudes and responsiveness within the Tenders & Proposals team on the need to observe industrial safety regulations, procedures and ethical business practices for the protection of their own and as well as Company’s interests.
- Coordinate, direct and respond to tenders, enquiries and RFQ, as well as contract review activities with Contracts Section
- Maintain positive relationships with customers in tender discussions with Customers
- Coordinate and define work scope with Customer, together with other departments and sections such as Engineering, Planning and Production, as required.
- Liaise with Manager (Estimation & Analysis) on any cost implication arising from the proposed Project Execution Plan/Procedures (PEP)
- Ensure that a project summary report is prepared for each tender and such report should include a brief project description, scope of work, tender due date, project start & end date, tender submission date and mode of submission

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering/Marine Offshore or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience on techno-commercial bids & tenders in Marine & Offshore fabrication for Oil & Gas Industry
- Familiar with tender and proposal process and with prior experience
- Good leadership skills to manage and develop a team
