It is looking for **an Estimation Analysis & Tender Proposal Manager **for its HQ office.

**Job Descriptions**
- Lead Tenders & Proposals team in the development of comprehensive and compliant tender proposal packages
- Responsible for receiving, organizing and reviewing tender specifications and most importantly to fully understand project preambles and method of measurement for purpose of preparation accurate costing for tender in line with Project Requirements
- Review and ensure correctness of all tendering/bidding document, Tender Questionnaires and Pre-qualifications document prepared by his subordinates
- Provide timely and complete Tender Packages to Senior Manager (Tender & Proposal)
- To induce positive attitudes and responsiveness within the Tenders & Proposals team on the need to observe industrial safety regulations, procedures and ethical business practices for the protection of their own and as well as Dyna-Mac's interests.
- Coordinate, direct and respond to tenders, enquiries and RFQ, as well as contract review activities with Contracts Section
- Maintain positive relationships with customers in tender discussions with Customers
- Coordinate and define work scope with Customer, together with other departments and sections such as Engineering, Planning and Production, as required
- Liaise with Manager (Estimation & Analysis) on any cost implication arising from the proposed Project Execution Plan/Procedures (PEP)
- Ensure that a project summary report is prepared for each tender and such report should include a brief project description, scope of work, tender due date, project start & end date, tender submission date and mode of submission

**Job Requirements**
- **Bachelor’s in Civil engineering / Marine & Offshore**
- **Minimum 8 years of experience working as an Estimator role in Oil & Gas fabrication sector is preferred**

**- Prior experience in an Asst. Manager/ Manager / a Senior Estimating role and managing a team**
- Excellent understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning & Risk Analysis & Management
- Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques and systems with a detailed knowledge of how these are applied
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Excellent written and communication
- High level of PC Literacy

**Job related information**

Permanent - 5 days’ work week| Monday-Friday 8am-5:30 pm

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Monthly Basic Salary will be based on skill and qualifications**:
