Job Title: Cost Management Specialist

Tender Quantity Surveyor Position Overview:

The primary function of this role is to provide cost management services throughout the lifecycle of projects, from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Performing quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and models.
  • Preparing preliminary cost estimates and detailed cost breakdowns.
  • Sourcing and analyzing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Developing accurate cost plans and pricing strategies based on project requirements and market conditions.
  • Identifying potential cost risks and proposing value engineering options.
  • E nsuring costing aligns with contractual requirements and project specifications.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation, or pre-contract quantity surveying.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.
