Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for navigating complex tenders and winning projects?

We’re looking for a **Tender Manager**to join our team and play a critical role in leading tender submissions from pre-bid analysis to final negotiations.

**Location**:Toa Payoh North

**Job Type**:Full-Time
**Working days**: 5 days work week

**Working hours**: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)

**Preferred someone with Tender Manager experiences in the M&E industry.**:
**Job Description**:
**TENDER MANAGER**
- Analyse and clarify **RFQs (Request for Quotation)**or opportunities during pre-tender and tender phase and to raise queries or amendments in order to influence clients or consultants if possible
- To prepare **Risk Management (RM)**check list in order to present to local and Japan management for decisions
- Go for **site show**round to understand the scope of work and prepare MOM for Tender scope
- **Lead and organize single or multi systems**like mechanical, electrical and ELV tender preparation, reviews and submission in order to ensure completeness, quality, technical and risk compliance, and on time tender submission
- **Consolidate and analyse**technical, bill of quantities, price schedules, cost/quotes, financial data and commercial contract in order to ensure technical compliance, risks mitigation and competitiveness during tender preparation and clarification phase
- **Arrange project involvement**during Tender stage and manpower planning with project to come up with project organization chart and preliminary cost
- Enhance and **consolidate quotes**in order to reach target win price while avoiding rejection and margin slippage and to prepare Tender cost summary for management approval for tender profit margin
- Prepare **tender interview presentation**to support management during tender clarification/negotiation phase in order to win tender
- Lead and **organize tender reviews**and meetings in order to ensure completeness and quality handover to project management team
- Prepare **Weekly Tender Report**to submit to Japan
- Perform **any other related duties**assigned in order to support management

**Tender Manager - Key Requirements**
- Read specs, contract requirements.
- Study drawings with good tech interpretation.
- List down scope of works. Take BOQ, including Major Equipment.
- Tabulate pricing list. Updated to market pricing.
- Call quotations, compare pricing, inclusion/exclusion and compliances.
- Able to handle several tenders at one go.
- Work well with Project & Procurement team with seamless teamwork.
- Able to lead a few QS to assign dedicate tasks according to plan schedule, meeting datelines.
- Check relationship/connection with Owners, Consultants and Main Cons.
- Able to work under pressure and longer hours if required.
- Proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint for the preparation of presentation materials.
- Ability to handle tender interviews with smooth eloquent expressions.
- Positive outlook and thinker.
- Ability to carry himself professionally and with objective orientated mindset.
- Meticulous, responsible and passionate.
- Team player and ability to set good example as a lead.
- Compliance to company rules & regulations and protocols.
- Uphold high integrity.
- Experience in HT LV, ELV, with knowledge in ACMV/Fire.
- Exposure to DC & Airport a plus point.
- Post tender analysis, market intelligence.
- Keep updated to market and Tech changes (green, carbon rental, sustainability etc).
