Team Management
- Lead and develop country tender management team
- Ensure compliance with Global Tender Management process
- Analyze tender and distribute tasks among the country teams, support/guide team member to produce quality tender responses
- Ensuring performance of tender management team at satisfactory level

Tender Management
- Analyze tender and distribute tasks to internal stakeholders, review/validate information received from the internal stakeholders
- Oversee the entire process which includes the development of response format/pricing matrix/responding to queries as well as timely submission of RFI, RFP and RFQ to customers / bid owners;
- Provide a quality pricing proposal to the assigned bid owner and/or other Tender Management Teams for validation and submission to the customer
- Analyze tenders and recommend optimum business solutions
- Support bid owner to prepare proposal write-ups and/or presentations
- Interface with other functional groups such as IT, Legal, Security, Product, Key Account Management, Industry Verticals and Trade Lane Development, as well as with customers in creating/delivering customer driven services and solutions.
- Ensure post bid analysis to be performed by bid owners for all bids, both successful and unsuccessful Tenders. Ensure received tender feedback is shared with relevant functions in the organization.

Database Management
- Support and maintain pricing database
- Collate and maintain service solutions and company information library
- Support market intelligence on competitors pricing, capabilities, facilities, client base, products and services for competition analysis
- Maintain tender data profiling and records, including the update of monthly bid log and completed tenders
