Job Title: Customer Account Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Account Lead to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Bridgenet Services (BNS) operations, you will be responsible for managing local customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships across the APAC region, ensuring seamless operations and meeting KPIs.
- Act as a subject matter expert to support customer engagements, demonstrations, and commercial development in the Asia region.
- Support customer implementations from engagement to steady-state operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with digital and data teams to develop new products and capabilities that support trade management and other business objectives.
- Engage with enterprise and customer stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities and promote innovation within the company and wider environment.
Requirements:
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to understand different perspectives and build relationships.
- Leadership and team development skills to support customer objectives and improve daily operations.
- Strong project management capabilities to support large, complex cross-organizational projects.
- Knowledge of global transportation, including ocean, air, and dray.
- Experience managing shipments with Dangerous Goods classification.
- Ability to demonstrate and showcase software platforms.
- Strong communication skills in all mediums, including presentation and engagement skills.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
