Culinary Team Lead for Japanese Cuisine

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Lead to oversee our kitchen operations and lead a team of chefs in preparing exquisite Japanese cuisine.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned chef to take on a leadership role, leveraging their expertise to drive culinary excellence and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily food preparation activities, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered promptly.
- Inspect ingredients daily to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with service staff to address special requests and food allergies.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure proper cooking techniques and presentation.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Relevant experience in Japanese cuisine, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Strong culinary knowledge and skills in Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Food safety and hygiene awareness.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- A competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum.
