Strategic Channel Sales Director

Job Description:
Vodafone Enterprise Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our team in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with indirect channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the enterprise market, channel partnership, and telecoms solutions with a strong emphasis on indirect sales. The successful individual will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, resellers, and driving growth for MNC customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Deliver sales targets for revenue and Average Order Value (AOV).
- Channel Partner Management: Identify, evaluate, sign-up, and grow our indirect channel partner program.
- Enablement and Promotional Programs: Design, propose, implement, and execute enablement and promotional programs to drive sales success.
- Product Marketing and Demand Generation: Drive product marketing, and demand generation activities with partners.
- Pipeline and Forecast Communication: Proactively communicate with channel partners on pipeline and forecasts.
- Competitive Situation Assessment: Monitor, assess, and report on a continual basis the competitive situation within the channel partners in the region.
- Company Representation: Represent the company channel in the region and evangelize our mission and purpose both internally and externally.
- Business Intelligence: Show a strong ability to gain business and market intelligence for developing strategies relevant to the market and competitive situation.
- Team Collaboration: Be a strong team player and contribute to the success of the entire sales team with subject matter knowledge and experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Have the ability to think outside the box and continuously identify and suggest iterations in the interface between our services, the channel partner, and their clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Be proficient in evolving pricing models, incentives, and able to personally or as part of a team engage in mandated negotiations.
Your Background:
We believe that the right candidate is highly merited and has several years of experience in a de facto channel sales role with a technical approach. You will be able to demonstrate your previous success and financial results. You have a broad knowledge of the enterprise market, channel partnership, and a deep understanding of various telecoms solutions with a strong emphasis on indirect sales.
