Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability test programs for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) devices and packages. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full test coverage and identify/address issues.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make significant contributions to the development of our HBM products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement reliability test programs for HBM devices and packages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full test coverage and identify/address issues
  • Identify and resolve reliability test program related issues
  • Promote innovation and drive changes in reliability features, code infrastructure optimization, and other improvements to maintain a technical edge
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams
  • Use in-house statistical tools for data analysis, validation, and risk assessment
  • Define interface hardware specifications and validate/debug new interface boards to ensure compatibility and performance
  • Make final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization


Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience; product or test engineering experience preferred. Strong coding skills in Python and C++ are necessary, as well as proven experience in reliability engineering or a related role. Good multi-tasking and priority-setting in a fast-moving environment are essential. Knowledge of statistics, data analysis tools, and scripting is also required. Effective written and spoken English communication is mandatory.
