Job Title: Senior Reliability Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term reliability and robustness of high-voltage semiconductor devices and systems.

As a Senior Reliability Specialist, you will design and execute reliability test plans, analyze failure mechanisms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and quality across the lifecycle.

You must have a strong understanding of HV device physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies. Experience with reliability test equipment and data analysis tools is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, with a focus on high-voltage technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to successfully plan, execute, analyze, and deliver projects per schedule.
