Our team is looking for a skilled Reliability Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing equipment assets to ensure high performance, safety, and efficiency. Your work will involve:

  1. Maintaining electrical systems including MCCs, inverters, motors, PLCs, robotics, and automation equipment.
  2. Troubleshooting and repairing equipment to address safety, quality, and productivity issues.
  3. Developing and executing proactive maintenance plans, including preventive and condition-based maintenance.
  4. Supporting projects and process improvements through scheduled work orders.
  5. Mentoring junior technicians and assisting in installation, upgrades, and system removal.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Knowledge of safety practices such as LOTO, PPE, confined space, and fall protection.
  • Proficiency with electrical and mechanical schematics, tools, and measurement devices.
  • Understanding of the NEC, PLC programming, and troubleshooting electrical components.
  • Strong math skills and ability to interpret technical documents.
