Maintenance and Reliability Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance and Reliability Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of production equipment and processes by carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
Responsibilities:- Carry out equipment PM according to the plant equipment PM schedule
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and repair equipment
- Work on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
- Key-in SPC data for all defined equipment critical parameters
- Support all equipment installation and commissioning during plant start-up phase
- Perform other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.
