Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced digital equipment used in casino operations.

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting digital gaming equipment (e.g., card readers, chip counters, RFID systems).
  • Performing equipment installations and providing client training.
  • Responding to technical issues and service requests on-site or remotely.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to improve equipment performance.
  • Building strong client relationships through reliable support.
  • Collaborating with international teams and traveling for project support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have a willingness to work flexible hours to support 24/7 operations.
