Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with strong leadership skills to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineering Professional, you will play a crucial role in executing maintenance plans, ensuring optimal efficiency and uptime of equipment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and guiding maintenance teams to ensure adherence to best practices and schedules.
  • Conducting reliability studies to enhance equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to prolong asset lifespan.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documents to support maintenance activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in the marine, gas, or chemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards, such as API and ASME, and local mechanical installation codes.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive results.
