Reliability Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Reliability Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Ecommerce Platform Application, FX clients and Stockbrokers using FX.
  • Monitor systems and perform maintenance tasks as required.
  • Develop tools and scripts in Unix, Python, SQL or Lambda to enhance system reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Team to ensure seamless onboarding activities.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, providing detailed information to help developers identify bugs.
  • Manage incidents according to established procedures until they are resolved.
  • Log incidents and update root cause analysis, informing concerned parties.
  • Engage Problem Management as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through timely email updates.
  • Participate in QA/Testing of applications at the end of each development cycle.
  • Develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios for thorough testing.
  • Utilize Selenium, Cucumber, Scripts, Python and Postman for testing purposes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python and Unix/Bash.
  • Knowledge of Selenium is an asset.
  • Familiarity with AWS platform/tools is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of FX,
