Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Assurance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues.
  • Develop corporate wide standards and strategies for reliability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, engineers, to achieve corporate goals in front end of line (FEOL) device level reliability.
  • Establish reliability test methodology to assess reliability failure mechanisms and lifetime.
  • Define and execute benchmarked reliability test plan for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests and line issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education - Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or Science.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests.
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage.Knowledge of MOS Device Physics & Reliability Statistics.Knowledge of Reliability Test-Chip Layout DesignKnowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, etc, is an advantage.
