Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a Quality Assurance expert to join our team. As a key member of the production process, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of Printed Wiring Board (PWB) manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards by managing quality assurance processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customer service accounts, resolving quality-related issues and upholding regulatory and internal quality systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring quality issues and implementing initiatives to enhance product reliability.
  • Maintain quality records in accordance with ISO 9001 and internal QMS protocols.
  • Prepare and submit quality reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure readiness for customers and regulatory inspection.
  • Provide guidance to production teams on quality standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities/operational roles.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, decisive, and good at problem-solving.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
