Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
- Job Description
The Quality Assurance Expert will be responsible for overseeing key operations related to vehicle assembly, from inspection to pre-delivery activities. This includes collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish clear quality acceptance standards and specifications based on customer feedback.
- Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage Control Plans and auditing strategies based on risk assessments and data analysis from the factory and field.
- Conduct audits on completed vehicles and collaborate with stakeholders on improvement initiatives.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Time Through (FTT) rate achievement and reduction in Defects Per Hundred Vehicles (DPHV).
- Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to build effective teams and engage with senior management.
- Proficiency in Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to implement and sustain a quality operating system within the Quality Control department.
- Experience in optimizing production workstations for ergonomics and efficiency.
- Skill in devising improvement plans for quality enhancements in operational areas to achieve desired outcomes.
- Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in software and tools such as Minitab, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SAP is highly desirable.
