Job Title: Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled reliability specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of our products. Your expertise in reliability engineering will play a critical role in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish wafer and/or package level HCI, BTI, HTRB, GOI, PID, TDDB test methodologies and test program.
  • Execute benchmarked reliability test plan for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests and line issues.
  • Drive for effective CA/PA on HCI, BTI, HTRB, GOI, PID, TDDB and reliability failures.
  • Best practice to drive for test cycle time, cost, productivity and test capability improvement.
  • Build up modeling for HCI/BTI Aging model and use the modeling to support IC designers' reliability simulation.
  • Support customer engagement in reliability aspects. Provide reliability presentations for customer visit. Participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers.
  • Build up in-house equipment troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ensure conformance to quality certification standards requirements e.g. JEDEC Standard JEP001, TS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master or PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics)
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication
  • Knowledge of MOS Device Physics and Reliability Statistics.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in reliability tests is advantage
  • Fluency in English Language – Written & verbal
