We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of reliability strategies and standards across various technologies and customer interactions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead, mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and engineers to achieve corporate goals in Back End of Line (BEOL) intrinsic reliability. This includes planning and executing training to build up the team's technical expertise and soft skills. The engineer will also establish reliability test methodology to assess reliability failure mechanisms and lifetime, provide reliability design guidelines for IC designers, and define and execute benchmarked reliability test plans for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests and line issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or Science.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests.
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MOS Device Physics & Reliability Statistics.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Test-Chip Layout Design.

A team player with good people skills, good technical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight project timelines is essential for this role.
