Job Summary

  • Design and develop new reliability test flows for Micron's latest High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of HBM devices and packages.

About the Role

  • As a key talent within the HBM Product Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and robustness of our products through advanced coding practices and comprehensive testing.
  • Develop new reliability test programs for HBM device and package qualification, working with other teams to ensure full test coverage guarantees that all aspects of the product are thoroughly tested and any potential issues are identified and addressed.

Responsibilities

  • Reliability Test Program Coding:
    • Write and debug test programs for HBM devices and packages, working with other teams to ensure full test coverage.
    • Root Cause Understanding and Resolution of reliability test program related issues.
  • Promotion of Innovation and Challenge Status Quo:
    • Innovate new reliability features and solutions or code infrastructure optimization & handling.
    • Drive changes that will provide Micron with a technical advantage over its competition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams such as Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability team.
  • Data Analysis for Validation :
    • Utilize in-house statistical tools for engineering data analysis for validation and risk assessment.
  • Hardware Specifications and Validation :
    • Define interface hardware specifications and perform validation and debug of new interface boards.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Product or Test Engineering experience is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of coding / programming languages such as Python / C++ is a must.
