Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead and manage a team of engineers in achieving corporate goals in reliability. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in reliability analysis and lab support for company technologies and customer issues, as well as developing corporate-wide standards and strategies.

The ideal candidate will be able to plan and execute training to build up the team's technical expertise and soft skills, establish reliability test methodology to assess reliability failure mechanisms and lifetime, provide reliability design guidelines for IC designers, define and execute benchmarked reliability test plans for new process qualification, process reliability monitor programs, change requests, and line issues.

Additionally, the Senior Reliability Engineer will drive for effective CA/PA on reliability failures and field returns, drive conformance to quality certification standards requirements, establish capability for Rel testing for new/advanced technology, support customer engagement in reliability aspects, provide reliability presentations for customer visits and audits, and participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or Science
  • 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MOS Device Physics & Reliability Statistics
  • Knowledge of Reliability Test-Chip Layout Design
  • Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, etc., is an advantage
