The Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible to support the maintenance management systems of Plant Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Control System, Analyzers & Controls) with the objective of achieving optimal, efficient reliability performance & uninterrupted gas supply to the customer by leveraging digital & predictive capabilities, computerized maintenance management system and data-driven decision making.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Promote a strong safety culture while actively monitoring and analyzing reliability indicators and near-misses for the ALSg’s plant facility. Conduct data-driven engineering analyses to identify and address equipment/process failures, supporting annual reliability improvements.
- Optimizing Asset Performance with Maximo. Contribute to maintenance maturity assessments and execute maintenance and reliability programs aligned with strategic objectives, including leading projects for maintenance management tool improvements.
- Support the enhancement of the Critical Spare Part Management System and serve as the process owner for the Critical Asset Management System.
- Maintaining IMS Compliance. Participate in Industrial Management System (IMS) reviews and audits, ensuring all maintenance and reliability programs adhere to established IMS and Maintenance Strategy Team guidelines.
- Facilitate and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) (e.g., 8D or Causal Tree Approach) to prevent recurring failures, manage reliability event reporting in Intelex, and follow up on corrective actions.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including site-based corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and reliability engineering, with expertise in RCA methodology.
- Strong understanding of process equipment, facility technology, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, customer focus, and leadership capabilities.
- Possesses international work experience.
