Reliability Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Team Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our reliability engineers.

Job Description

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering and will be able to lead and manage a team of reliability engineers. This includes providing technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure that our team is equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues.
  • Develop corporate-wide standards and strategies for reliability.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior engineers and engineers to achieve corporate goals in Back End of Line (BEOL) intrinsic reliability.
  • Establish reliability test methodology to assess reliability failure mechanisms and lifetime.
  • Define and execute benchmarked reliability test plans for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests, and line issues.
  • Drive effective corrective actions on reliability failures and field returns.
  • Drive reliability assessment excellence in terms of cycle time, data integrity, and work procedures.
  • Conform to quality certification standards requirements.
  • Establish capability for reliability testing for new/advanced technology.
  • Support customer engagement in reliability aspects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or Science.

Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests.

Knowledge: Wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Team player with good people skills.
  • Good technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under tight project timelines.
