What The Role Entails
Oversee and maintain the daily operations of backend business security, including regular maintenance, operational planning, and emergency response
Establish and refine operational metrics and processes to ensure high-quality and reliable operations.
Develop systems and tools to improve operational efficiency, automating tasks and streamlining workflows.
Who We Look For
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems and development environments
Familiarity with scripting languages like Shell and Python.
A strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and logging systems like ELK stack. Experience in building operational tool platforms is a plus.
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP network communication, with the ability to analyze network packet captures to troubleshoot issues.
Excellent logical thinking, communication, and stress management skills.
A strong sense of security operational mission, a high degree of ownership, responsibility, and execution.
Bilingual working capability in both Chinese and English, with an international perspective, able to communicate and collaborate smoothly with stakeholders at the China headquarters and other regions
Passion for gaming and familiarity with mobile game security issues and related scenarios.
