Job Title: Senior Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to lead and manage a team of engineers in achieving corporate goals in reliability.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues, developing corporate-wide standards and strategies, and planning implementation routes for emerging technologies.
  • A key aspect of the role is to establish and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

This position requires a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, reliability testing methods, and failure analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements that result in enhanced product reliability and reduced costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues
  • Develop corporate-wide standards and strategies for reliability
  • Plan and develop implementation routes for emerging technologies
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve corporate goals in reliability
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials Science, or Physics) or a related field
  • No less than 8 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication and ISO 9000/TS 16949 certification is an advantage
