Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Establish reliability qualification plan for new process platform, and new devices.
- Coordinate reliability activities with reliability testing vendor such as quotation, testing capability, schedule and etc.
- Coordinate with process integration on testing devices, testing structure design, qualification sample preparation and etc.
- Lead the team discussion on qualification requirements, analysis of failure mode, root cause, and co-work with process platform owner to improve reliability performance.
- Develop new reliability testing routines to monitor long term trend for mature process.
- Select initial reliability tools for new reliability lab set up.
- Ensure the project milestones and deliverables are met on time and adhered to approved budgets.
- Provide excellent communication among different departments within company as well as external reliability vendors, tool vendors, and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Master degree or Bachelor degree in engineering.
- Strong reliability and R&D background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional criteria:

- Experience in Si Photonics or Photonics field.
- Expert knowledge of reliability testing, modelling.
- Familiar with reliability standard.
- Familiar with foundry process reliability qualification and product qualification.
