Executive Seafood Culinary Professional

Job Overview:

A culinary professional is sought to join our team as an Executive Seafood Chef de Partie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes to the highest standard, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing ones, incorporating seasonal ingredients and staying up-to-date with culinary trends.
  • Control food costs and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient inventory levels.
  • Deliver exceptional results in terms of kitchen techniques, recipe execution, and food presentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in seafood cuisine, with a passion for creating high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail in a busy kitchen setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage the team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen at all times.
