Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Partnerships & Engagement department as an Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer service operations, membership and partnership support, and event space management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage email and walk-in inquiries related to memberships and events spaces.
  • Convert inquiries into sign-ups by providing accurate and personalized communication.
  • Handle sales inquiries from various platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

While experience in the fashion sector is an advantage, we strongly encourage applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds, including those currently underrepresented in the industry.
