**What the role is**
This role supports various institutions and divisions under the National Heritage Board (NHB), and is responsible for the following key areas:
1. Revenue generation
2. Partnership development
3. Policy and governance
The incumbent is expected to develop, support, and implement the overall business development and partnerships strategy to meet the objectives and KPIs for the key areas.
**What you will be working on**
- Strategic formulation and business development ideation for revenue products (not limited to): Programmes, Retail/Cultural merchandising, international travelling exhibitions and IP licensing and management.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage key business partnerships to support business objectives and revenue generation.
- Develop and manage inter-agency partnerships for NHB.
- Formulate policies, frameworks and SOPs required for business partnerships, revenue products and business operations. Working across the organisation to ensure effective information sharing and compliance.
- Setting up of corporate processes and support of corporate services aimed at revenue generation
- Develop revenue and retail strategy and execution for Heritage Institutions, including retail management and operations.
**What we are looking for**
- At least 5 years of business development experience and a strong track record of revenue generation
- Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate business strategies and plans
- Experience in engaging, influencing, and managing stakeholders such as business partners, industry peers and inter-agencies, including senior level representatives.
- Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to write proposals, pitch/present and gain commitment from stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical, networking, interpersonal, detail-oriented skills and able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
- Passionate about the art, culture, and heritage industry
