Account Management
- Communicate effectively to understand current collaborator needs and expectations.
- Keep collaborators informed about project progress and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Manage contracts and agreements with collaborators.
- Analyse financial data for decision-making.
- Coordinate collaborator-related events and ensure smooth execution. Foster a positive work environment.

Partnership Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with potential clients, vendors, and collaborators both locally and abroad.
- Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements.
- Steward of the business, ensuring partnerships have a good impression and align with the organization's values.
- Development of assets to present to stakeholders.
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring for accounts and partnerships.
- Ensure financial activities align with organisational goals.
- Address issues related to accounts and partnerships, collaborating with internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide insights for business development based on market analysis.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stakeholders

Social Media and Website
- Maintenance of Hothouse social media accounts Maintenance and updating of website with the assistance of the creative team
