Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Partnerships team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about partnerships and stakeholder management. You will have the chance to work on various initiatives, including planning and reviewing donations, procurement of items and services, events, and initiative execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading partner account management, developing co-branded programs and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to address beneficiary needs, overseeing contracts and agreements, and ensuring the smooth running of initiatives and events.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3-4 years of experience in the social service or non-profit sector, with a strong interest in partnerships and stakeholder management. You should also be meticulous and good with numbers, have good IT and Microsoft skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
