  • Direct business areas to ensure programs and projects are managed in a coordinated manner and delivered to agreed scope, time, cost, quality and governance
  • Manage, develop and drive programs and projects across multiple Asian, global functional sub-domains or very large and complex sub-domains
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of multi-IT experience
  • Experience working in a large matrix organization, gaining broad expertise in managing large network-wide initiatives and projects related to business objectives
  • Global experience, collaboration and teamwork
  • Degree educated or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Demonstrated solid program and project management accomplishments in a cost-responsible environment and executed in a matrix environment by virtual and global teams
  • IT solution development and implementation experience – Proven track record of project management and delivery of complex IT solutions
  • Ability to work with and manage a strong partner/vendor system
  • Leadership skills supported by a broad analytical and technical background
  • Relationship management and cultural awareness in managing different nationalities, managing across borders, negotiating and influencing different cultures and building strong relationships
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in F&b industry, Spa industry
  • Experience in business planning in F&B industry, Spa Industry
  • Able to work independently
