HITHINK INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Financial Markets Representative to join our team, focusing on the development, sales, and relationship maintenance of institutional clients within our scope of responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand business partnerships with key clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business expansion work, with strong business negotiation and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge and experience of financial software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business partnerships with key clients
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to capture them
- Provide thought leadership and expert advice to clients on financial software systems and related solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of sales or business development work experience
- Strong understanding of financial software systems, particularly user needs, business solutions, system architecture, project implementation, and system operation
- Excellent business negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
