**ABOUT THIS POSITION**
- Responsible for sales generation and client relationship management in Korea for complex institutional accounts

**ROLE SUMMARY**
- Identifies new business opportunities with new client relationships
- Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans for the development of sustainable and diversified sales pipelines
- Maintains significant industry experience and proactively researches trends, competitor services/offerings, and clients' business environment
- Oversees existing complex client relationships that are often global and regional in scale, ensuring satisfaction, a swift response to client needs, efficient problem resolution, contract and operational compliance, and risk mitigation
- Maintains good relationship with all internal stakeholders but at the same time drive changes to cater for client needs

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for significant new business development of institutional clients in Korea
- Develops a “trusted advisor” relationship; influences institutional clients to adopt T. Rowe Price products and solutions; customizes proposition in the best interests of the client and the firm.
- Evaluates the strategic potential of prospects; develops and executes a plan for capitalizing on those opportunities in the near and long term.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of institutional clients, their sensitivities, and their business needs to effectively influence their decision-making.
- Partners with marketing team and other sales teams to develop promotional and pitch materials
- Generates ideas, messages and tactics to promote T. Rowe Price products and solutions; coordinates with the RFP team to develop innovative responses.
- Assembles teams across the T. Rowe Price to deliver tailored presentations based on custom needs of clients.
- Analyzes highly complex data, trends, plan changes, and strategies to keep up to date with sales/relationship performance.
- Engages the appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are in alignment with organizational policies and standards; maintains good relationship with internal stakeholders
- Applies considerable latitude in determining optimal approach to meet the needs of T. Rowe Price and the client.

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8+ years of total relevant work experience
- Deep knowledge and experience of institutional clients in Korea
- Good communication skills in written and spoken Korean
- Knowledge of factors impacting investment behaviors
- Honed skills on managing complex business case
- Ability to think strategically and out-of-the-box
- Good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal stakeholders
- Well organized and results focused
- Ability to multi-task across strategic and tactical projects and work
