Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Customize and integrate CRM with mobile and external systems for seamless operation.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to develop user-friendly interfaces based on business requirements.
  • Tailor CRM systems and mobile apps to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure system quality.
  • Manage data migration to ensure accurate transfer into the CRM system.
  • Oversee deployment processes and ensure readiness for launch.
  • Provide post-launch support, troubleshooting issues and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Create comprehensive user manuals and training materials for CRM platforms and mobile applications.
  • Deliver training sessions to ensure stakeholder proficiency in using the systems.
  • Act as the main liaison between external vendors and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in CRM systems.
  • Extensive experience in system integration and upgrades.
  • Proficient in project management with a proven history of successful project delivery.
