**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM (Online) Management**:

- Implement, configure, and maintain CRM Online solutions.
- Customize CRM workflows, entities, forms, and plugins to meet business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
- Manage CRM security roles and user permissions.
- **Dynamics 365 Customer Insights**:

- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Insights solutions.
- Manage data ingestion, integration, and unification processes.
- Develop and maintain customer profiles and segments.
- Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights.
- **Integration and Collaboration**:

- Integrate CRM Online with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and other business systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand their data needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CRM and Customer Insights functionalities.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Design and generate reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
- Create predictive models to forecast customer behavior and trends.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business growth.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in CRM Online and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance system performance.
- Suggest and implement improvements to data analytics processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with CRM Online (preferably Dynamics 365).
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or similar customer data platforms.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data modeling, and data governance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with SQL, data querying, and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Functional Consultant Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant Associate.
- Other relevant Microsoft certifications.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $3,435.82 - $9,103.03 per month
