**We are looking for a seasoned CRM and digital lead with experience in managing partners and customer engagement to join us.
- Liaise with our mobile app developers’ team and tech team to ensure delivery of the CPO programme to our partners and customer data management platform, digital communication channels and CRM platforms.
- Accountable and responsible for delivering the Operation Training to end users who sign up for the CPO programme.
- “Go to Person” for CRM and responsible to support end user enquiry and provide Aftersales support to the CPOs.
- Provide input into future enhancements of CRM to ensure we are continuously improving and ensure feedback from end-user is being considered and reflected in the enhancement process.
- To lead in developing material for designated In-App Guidance and App future content.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as needed.

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- Working experience in Sales and Software (CRM Solutions) with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing Mobile App such as App store, SDK and CMS System.
- Experience in setting up and/or managing CRM systems such as SalesForce, MS Dynamics, Pepper Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data acquisition and creating consumer experiences that lead to data acquisition, re-engagement and retention.
- Experience in implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
