Executive, Channel Sales Representative

Job Summary:
M1 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with 7-Eleven and Cheers chain retailer buyers and executives to drive sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities within stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Class 3 driving license and a reliable vehicle.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, FMCG industry, key account management, or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
