Job Summary:

M1 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with 7-Eleven and Cheers chain retailer buyers and executives to drive sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities within stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Class 3 driving license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, FMCG industry, key account management, or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
