Job Title: Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Autodesk, reporting to the Senior Channel Sales Manager. As a key member of the Channel team, you will play a crucial role in building and supporting the Channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Solution Providers to grow their Autodesk business and develop trusted advisor relationships.
  • Work with Distribution sales managers to build partner enablement and marketing plans.
  • Act as a liaison between Solution Providers and Autodesk, facilitating two-way communication and holding regular sales meetings to update partners on the direction of the Autodesk channel strategy.
  • Build relationships with Solution Providers leadership to foster common vision adoption.
  • Lead quarterly business planning, review quarterly performance, and provide guidance on corrective actions plans.
  • Help partners set quotas and goals for upcoming sales quarters.
  • Develop sales pipelines coverage and facilitate sales forecast accuracy.
  • Assist Solution Providers in product training, sales training, account development, customer success, presentation, seminar/webinar, and marketing/digital marketing plan.
  • Implement new product launches within assigned territories.
  • Manage "Channel Health" and complete all compliance requirements of the Partner Program.
  • Collaborate with extended sales organization members to create business strategies and plans to ensure level of involvement, build efficiency in customer coverage, and secure commitment from partners to maximize performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new System Integrators and Services-oriented partners.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Territory Sales/Business Development/Channel Partner Management experience.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Experience developing channel programs.
  • Conflict resolution and lead outcome with partners.
  • Experience working within the enterprise software industry, especially in virtualization, cloud, or enterprise software subscription business.
  • Experience building successful sales teams.
  • Experience coaching sales professionals in complex sales/pursuit.
  • Experience balancing short-term results with long-term strategy.
  • Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing virtual teams throughout the company and geographies.
