- Review and consolidate monthly consumable from all hubs, interact with ground AM, Hub supervisor, and senior agents and make proper adjustment for month consumable monthly requirements to PCM and Asset using the logic of forecasting/planning based on ADO.
- Coordinate with PCM and Asset team regarding availability of the asset and consumable in stock and lead time for reorder point
- Coordinate with PCM and Asset team for Equipment repair (repair barcode scanner, barcode printer, laptops, PDA) and ensure hubs will have sufficient equipment to operate business
- Regularly contact ground personnel (i.e AM, Hub Sups and Sr Agent) and Visit Hub from time to time to audit the availability of remaining stock (i.e for example: Cable Tie, White Sack and OPP tape) and other Office Supplies. Ensure hubs maintain good Asset Control practice and check and control reordering points.
- Process IT Equipment fulfillment (Scanner, PDA, Laptops, barcode printer) and replacement request for hub
- Worked with Operation project managers (process improvement project) on providing existing equipment list and quantity and work with PCM and Asset to get equipment to pilot hubs.
- Worked with Ops lead to plan, forecast, and manage G&A spending of consumable and equipment.
