Compensation and Benefits Manager

Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of content and submit for approval
- Benchmark, evaluate and recommend changes to improve company compensation practices and methods to ensure consistency and competitiveness
- Participate in our C&B networking and sharing of our industry-related C&B polices and practices
- Oversee and verify all payroll related payments and records to ensure 100% accuracy
- Verify and approve submission to CPF and IRAS
- Analyze pay market data and internal equity, and recommend remuneration package for, promotions and transfers if any
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or any discipline
- At least 5 years in HR / C&B
- Manufacturing related experience will be a plus
- Location: North
